• MOVE THAN THIRTY FIVE YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY •

• OUR STORY •

 

Long-standing friends and business partners, Mike Behr & Andrew Marshall, saw a need for wood veneer specialists in their early years in the industry. Establishing their first company Pressboard in 1983, they supplied the furniture, merchant and marine industry with flat pressed veneer board within KZN. A few years later in 1988, they then established MB Panels, manfacturing specific components, veneer overedge, infill panels and post formed tops, also for the furniture and free-standing kitchen industry. Ten years later, in 1998 National Mouldings was established to fill a demand in the market for wrapped profiles, required for the furniture, flooring and coffin market. 

 

Today, all three companies are run by Andrew Marshall, Mike Behr & Frank Smit, each focusing on their respective fields of expertise, namely production, sales and financial administration. Collectively they have more than 90 years of experience. 

 

 

 

• OUR OPERATION •

 

Our primary manufacturing operation is based in New Germany / Pinetown, an industrial suburb of Durban, KZN. We have a secondary manufacturing operation in Hammarsdale, a suburb of Mpumalanga, KZN. 

 

Our products are manufactured to order, and then delivered by road to all areas of South Africa.
